Are your products pet-safe?
Absolutely. All our silicone mats are food-grade and BPA-free. Our stainless steel fountains use premium 304-grade steel, which is rust-proof and hygienic for your pets.

How do I clean the water fountain?
The stainless steel parts are dishwasher safe. We recommend cleaning the pump and replacing the filter every 2-4 weeks to ensure the freshest water for your pet.
